pain pain pain

morning went to makan with janice
then headed to schl for training
my knee was like super duper pain
and plus i injured my tail bone like pamela
so irritating,when running my knee cap and tail bone hurts
after training went pasamalam
chased bus 307 with jessie super freaking tired
went to walk my dog later brought her to keat hong
wanted to cut her nails but in the end the shop nvr open
great..!
went home later
i think i'm going for the chinese thing tml
and trainig tml again! great...
